Wisconsin Voters Deal Devastating Blow to Zuck Bucks Elites—Here’s What That Means
By banning private funding for elections, Wisconsin voters have helped safeguard future elections from malign private interests.
In a stunning victory last night, Wisconsin voters overwhelmingly turned out to ban “Zuck bucks” and stop the radical Left from conquering the offices responsible for counting our ballots. While the legacy media is quick to downplay the significance of yesterday’s election, make no mistake—this was a powerful rejection of leftist meddling in the 2020 election and a victory for genuine democracy over “progressive” plutocrats like Gov. Tony Evers (D).
Wisconsin is ground zero for Zuck bucks. I’ve detailed its origins in mid-2020 as a grift (the “Safe Voting Plan”) to turn out Democrat voters en masse using COVID-19 as cover. Far from helping all Americans vote, this was a cynical effort to help the Left’s preferred voters cast a ballot… and they tried to do it again in 2024.
Restoration News was the first to report on the $800,000 grant last month to Milwaukee’s elections department from a shadowy nonprofit we traced back to the multi-billion-dollar D.C. “dark money” machine run by Arabella Advisors.
Just weeks before the April 2 election, far-left activists were attempting to repeat the 2020 Zuck bucks scheme by buying influence in Wisconsin’s biggest city—and Joe Biden’s richest mine for Democrat votes—before Wisconsinites could ban the practice, making the Badger State the 28th state to do so since 2021 and the first by ballot initiative.

Elections Have Consequences
While the future of that 6-figure grant remains unclear, the grantor’s intentions do not. The money would pay for equipment vital to the Democratic Party’s vote-by-mail strategy in 2024, just as it did in 2020, when Mark Zuckerberg pumped $10 million into Wisconsin to boost Democrat turnout.
This money came from a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) charity. Alarmingly, there was nothing stopping a Russian or Chinese funder from pumping money through one of these nonprofits into the offices that oversee elections. Yet Democrats refused to do anything about this crater-sized hole in election security.
Remember that these ballot initiatives only came about because Gov. Tony Evers refused to ban the practice, making him the only politician in America to endorse Zuck bucks by veto not once, but twice. So Republican legislators turned instead to the voters, who passed Questions 1 and 2 by 10 points and 17 points, respectively (as of writing).
Leftists may shriek and howl all they like, but that’s actual democracy in action, and they lost—hard.
