Fair Courts America launches radio ad in WI Supreme Court race

Press release: March 14, 2023

DOWNERS GROVE, IL – Fair Courts America launched a new radio ad in the Wisconsin Supreme Court race.

The radio ad, which will air until election day, comes on the heels of a near million-dollar tv buy exposing Judge Janet Protasiewicz’s largely ignored soft-on-crime record.

Running in markets all across the state, the ad buy totals to over $450,000 and contrasts Protasiewicz’s record with conservative candidate Dan Kelly’s law enforcement endorsement.

The script of the ad reads as follows:

“Car jackings. Theft. Shootings: Crime in Milwaukee is soaring, as criminals are being put back on the streets by liberal judges like Janet Protasiewicz who care more about woke politics than law and order.

All too often, liberal Judge Janet Protaseiwicz has refused to put convicted felons behind bars…only for them to re-offend.

And Judge Janet says she has no regrets…while our communities suffer consequences.

There’s only one candidate in Wisconsin’s Supreme Court race that puts the law before politics and victims over criminals.

That’s constitutional conservative Dan Kelly.

Dan Kelly is endorsed by law enforcement and can be trusted to restore law and order.

We can’t afford to let woke liberal Judge Janet Protasiewicz on our highest court.

It’s time to take back our streets, restore law and order, and vote conservative Dan Kelly for Wisconsin Supreme Court.
